It can only be said these seem to have had a hard life.
An eye catching set of heavy-weight enamelled French kitchen canisters in blue and white check. Someone in times past has tried to remove the rust, giving them a more "shabby chic plus" appearance! To us, this adds to their charm - and the price does reflect this - as in top condition they would be well over double. They will be given a rub down and wax over the rusted areas so they will look great when they arrive with you.
These weighty canisters stack one in the other. Unpackaged, these weigh in at over 2kg, height is 7.5" / 19cm and diameter 5" / 13cm for the largest to 4.5" / 12cm and 3" / 8cm for the smallest.
