A delightful piece of French Still life Art - a study of a Yellow water jug ( similar to the ones Pernod use ) with a bunch of deep red grapes on white cloth.
Signed by the artist M Lacombe who although we can find no real information about them was thought  enough about to be included with in the collection of the Art Dealers estate that we purchased group of paintings from.
The style shows great ability with the deft brutes marks and easy use of colour. It would brighten any dark corner or nook.

Measuring 9.25" (235mm) high by 9.25" (235mm) wide and 1.25" (32mm) deep, the painting is of a . Painted in Gouache on Board and framed behind glass,  The framed image weighs 400 grammes without any packaging.
