Truly Stunning Little Italian Micro Mosaic Crucifix Pendant - Antique Artisan Millefiori Glass Bound with Brass Backing - RJ03

A simply stunning and rare antique Cross Pendant, made by the Italian Millefiori Craftsmen - the Micro-Mosaic Jewellery experts in the mid to late 1800's. It displays a floral centre section with outer arms having swirls and swags in vibrant colours of orange, green and blue with white highlights. The tiny pieces of cut glass have been precisely placed in a beautiful, traditional Italian design within a solid brass backing that has a loop ready to take a neck chain (not included)

The crucifix is 1.65" / 43mm high and 1.25" / 28mm wide with a weight of less than 10grams.
A minute particle of glass to the far right has been lost but this in no way detracts from this item and it is very difficult to see ( this tiny piece could be replaced should you wish ).
