New old stock straight from the military warehouse......

These bags are useful, fashionable and very heavy duty - John uses one all the time and finds it invaluable. They are constructed from military grade canvas on the outside with thick leather interiors  - meaning they keep their shape and protect their contents well..............ideal for an iPad or MacBook - with room for lots more. They date from just after the Second World War and though they have never been used, they have come from the stores and have that scuffed, military look, feel ....and musty smell to them! They are all numbered in the interior and some are marked Foucault - Lapalisse. This company was ordered by the French State, at the outbreak of war, to move to enlarged premises and fulfil orders for the French Military for their equipment. The way the straps are configured they can be used as seen in the photos plus they can also be changed to form a backpack should you so desire.

We only have a few of these left. The ones we have at the moment are all in HD khaki green canvas and leather (the shade of green canvas has some lighter and darker variations). THE COLOUR VERIATIONS REFER TO THE EXTERIOR. Please specify on the order which colour you prefer. They are around 13"/325mm wide x 9"/225mm high x 3"/75mm deep. The price is per bag. But do contact us if you would like to buy more than one bag, we will give you a revised price.  

By utilising the two belt loops on the rear of the bag they can be converted into a backpack should you want to carry something heavy or just utalise it this way.
