A charming vintage Boxed Set of seventy eight original, over-sized French Tarot Playing cards from the famous Milanese Laura Tuan - one of the foremost Tarot authorities in the world today. This pack from the beginning of the century is pre-owned and comes complete with the original booklet, individual cards etc., the shiny black cardboard box is original and in good condition. The cards are in good, vintage condition having been little used and carefully stored. This pack dates from the very early 2000s.

The cards and book were printed in Italy in the French language; however the instructions are concise and with very little knowledge of French and armed with aa French Dictionary, the symbols and meanings are quite logical and therefore not too hard to understand. (Note from Sue: as a Tarot reader myself, most of the divination comes from intuition; basic guidance is necessary but knowledge builds with practice.) For a Tarot collector, this is a great gift and the fact that it has been pre-owned adds to the personal value and sensitivity of the cards. The illustrations are nicely detailed, in muted colours and very similar in design to some of the most ancient cards. The box is in black with a shiny exterior and matt black interior and opens at the front like a book.

Being over-sized, the cards measure 6.25" high by just over 3" wide. The box is 6.5" by nearly 3.5" and the complete set with booklet weighs 0.5kg.
